Two promises on every order: your seeds will germinate, and with insured shipping, they will arrive. Here is exactly what each guarantee covers and how to claim it.

Germination guarantee

We guarantee a minimum 80 percent germination rate when you follow the cup of water and paper towel method. Many customers see 100 percent.

If your rate falls below 80 percent, contact us and describe the method you used. We will identify what went wrong and make it right. Applies to Canadian and US orders.

Delivery guarantee

Choose the $30 shipping with tracking and insurance at checkout and your delivery is guaranteed: if the order never arrives, we reship it once, free.

Roughly 5 percent of international parcels are seized in transit, which no sender controls. The insured option exists so that risk is ours, not yours. We also rotate shipping methods to give every order the best chance of arriving.

How to claim a reshipment

Step 1: send us proof your order never arrived. Any one of these works:

  • A photo of your original package, opened and taped up again, marked as a prohibited item
  • The tracking record for your parcel showing it never arrived
  • A letter from your customs authority about importing prohibited items

Step 2: we reship your order. One reshipment per order, at no cost. Email info@mjseedscanada.ca with your order number to start.

We do not want to profit from lost parcels. We want repeat customers, and that only happens when your seeds show up and grow.

The fine print, in plain words

  • The germination guarantee requires the cup of water and paper towel method from our guide
  • The delivery guarantee applies only to orders shipped with the $30 tracking and insurance option
  • International orders outside Canada and the US are not covered by the 80 percent germination guarantee
  • Seizure by customs in countries where seeds cannot be imported is covered by the delivery guarantee, with proof
