Topping twice and running a screen is close to mandatory indoors. Tie the branches down early, because they lengthen fast and stiffen by week three of flower. Outdoors, give it space, stake the main branches by week six and accept that it will be visible from some distance, which is worth thinking about before choosing the spot.
