Pink Lemonade Strain Feminized Marijuana Seeds

Price range: $65.00 through $240.00

Pink Lemonade strain tastes the way it sounds: sweet lemon, tart grapefruit and a soft berry finish, from a cross of Lemon Skunk and Purple Kush. It tests 17% to 24% THC, flowers in 8 to 9 weeks and finishes in late September outdoors, which makes it one of the easier citrus strains to bring in across most of Canada. The effect is cheerful and clear for the first hour with a gentle body ease underneath. These feminized Pink Lemonade seeds are already in Canada, waiting at our Vancouver, BC seed bank, and reach any province in 3 to 7 business days.

Pink Lemonade Feminized at a glance: Pink Lemonade is a balanced hybrid that flowers in 8 to 9 weeks, tests 17% to 24% THC and gives 400 to 550 g/m² indoors of lime and magenta tinged buds with a candied lemon, grapefruit and berry aroma.

Lemonade weather is short up here, so the seeds should arrive before it starts

A Canadian outdoor summer gives you roughly four good months, and Pink Lemonade uses them well: an 8 to 9 week bloom that finishes in late September from the Island to Cape Breton. The catch is timing. Our seeds are already in Canada, stored at our Vancouver, BC seed bank and shipped in plain packaging to any province in 3 to 7 business days, so an April order means April germination. Every batch is viability tested before it leaves, backed by our 80% germination guarantee, and the 10 and 25 seed packs are buy one get one free.

Where Pink Lemonade comes from

Pink Lemonade strain is most widely documented as Lemon Skunk crossed with Purple Kush. Lemon Skunk brings the loud citrus and the upright, productive frame of the Skunk family; Purple Kush, a Hindu Kush and Purple Afghani line from California, adds colour, a berry sweetness and a calmer body effect. The result is a fruity hybrid that has been on dispensary menus for more than a decade and on Canadian legal shelves since soon after 2018.

The name causes some confusion. A separate strain spelled Pink LemonAid, built on different lemon genetics, circulates in the United States, and many pre-rolls and vapes labelled Pink Lemonade are flavour names rather than this cultivar. When people search for Pink Lemonade seeds, though, the Lemon Skunk and Purple Kush cross is what they usually mean, and it is what this page describes. Expect two or three phenotypes from a pack: a taller, lemon-forward plant, and a stockier one with more berry and colour.

Pink Lemonade strain effects and experience

The opening is bright and quick. Within a few minutes there is a lift in mood, a light, chatty energy and an easy focus that suits a walk, a playlist or a slow afternoon of chores. The Purple Kush side shows up later as a loose, comfortable body feel that takes the edge off without dragging you to the couch.

At 17% to 24% THC Pink Lemonade sits in the moderate band, which is a big part of its appeal. It is strong enough for regular users and forgiving enough for people coming back to cannabis after a few years away. Lemon-dominant phenotypes run brighter; the berry-heavy ones run softer and are better after dinner.

Pink Lemonade flavour, aroma and appearance

Pink Lemonade smells like a jug of lemonade with a few raspberries dropped in: lemon zest and candied citrus first, pink grapefruit underneath, and a soft berry sweetness that grows stronger as the buds cure. Grinding releases a faint skunk and fresh herb note from Lemon Skunk. The smoke is light and sweet, tart on the inhale and sugary on the exhale, with very little harshness. Limonene and myrcene lead the terpene profile, with caryophyllene and humulene in support.

Buds are medium sized, conical and moderately dense, lime green with streaks of magenta, pink and violet on cool nights and plenty of bright orange pistils. A frosty coat of trichomes makes the colours look pastel, which is fitting for the name.

Growing Pink Lemonade in Canada

Indoors

This is an easygoing plant. A three to four week veg and a flip at 40 to 60 cm gives a finished height of 90 to 150 cm, depending on phenotype; the lemon leaners stretch close to double and the berry leaners closer to one and a half. It is a light to moderate feeder that does well in amended soil, coco or hydro, and it tolerates a beginner’s uneven watering better than most fruit strains. Keep days at 22 to 26 degrees and humidity under 50% in the second half of bloom. Expect 56 to 63 days of flower.

Outdoors, by region

An 8 to 9 week bloom makes Pink Lemonade a good outdoor choice for most Canadian gardens. In coastal BC, the Okanagan, southern Ontario and the St. Lawrence valley, plant out in late May and harvest in the last two weeks of September. In the Maritimes and Newfoundland, pick the sunniest, most sheltered spot you have and use a large fabric pot so you can move the plant under cover on a wet, cold week in September. On the Prairies, germinate indoors in the first half of April, harden off in mid May, and transplant once the risk of frost is gone; most plants finish in the last days of September, just ahead of the first hard freeze. For more strains with a similar window, see our best outdoor seeds for Canada guide.

Height and training

Topping once and spreading four to six main branches with low stress training gives an even canopy and tames the taller phenotype. A single trellis net is enough indoors. Outdoors, one bamboo stake per main branch from late August stops the colas leaning after rain. Avoid heavy defoliation; this strain does not need it, and the leaves help shade the citrus terpenes in a hot July.

Flowering and harvest cues

Watch the pink and violet tones arrive in the last two to three weeks, then go by trichomes. Mostly cloudy with a few amber heads, usually days 58 to 63, keeps the lively, lemony effect. Lemon terpenes are volatile, so dry somewhere cool and dark, 16 to 19 degrees, for 10 to 12 days, and jar at about 62% humidity. After a two week cure the berry side becomes much more obvious.

Pink Lemonade yield indoors and outdoors

Indoors, a trained plant returns 400 to 550 g/m² of easy-to-trim, medium-density buds. Outdoors in a full season, Pink Lemonade in a 50 to 80 litre container or in the ground gives 500 to 750 g dried, and even a Prairie plant with a late start usually clears 350 g. The stockier, berry-leaning phenotype tends to give the most weight; the taller lemon phenotype gives a little less but often has the louder jar.

Who Pink Lemonade is for, and who should pick something else

Grow Pink Lemonade if this is your first or second grow, if you want a fruit strain that finishes outdoors in late September, or if you prefer a moderate, daytime-friendly effect over a 30% knockout. It is also a good choice for a mixed garden, because it stays healthy beside heavier, slower strains.

Pick something else if you want maximum potency, where our high THC seeds guide is a better starting point; if you want a sleepy evening indica; or if you want a pure, sharp lemon with no berry, where Super Lemon Haze is the more direct choice.

How Pink Lemonade compares

Purple Kush, its parent, is the heavier, more sedating side of the family, with deeper colour and an earthy grape flavour. Cherry Lemonade swaps the berry for tart cherry with a similar sunny effect. Gelonade is the dessert-era lemon strain, creamier and stronger but longer in flower. Pink Lemonade sits among our hybrid feminized seeds as the easy, outdoor-friendly citrus pick.

Frequently asked questions about Pink Lemonade

Is Pink Lemonade indica or sativa?

Pink Lemonade is a balanced hybrid. It comes from Lemon Skunk, which is sativa leaning, and Purple Kush, which is a pure indica, so phenotypes range from a taller lemon-forward plant to a stockier berry-forward one. Most people describe the effect as uplifting first, then gently relaxing.

How much THC is in Pink Lemonade strain?

Pink Lemonade usually tests between 17% and 24% THC, with CBD under 1%. That is a moderate, manageable strength by modern standards, strong enough for regular users without the overwhelming edge of 30% strains.

What does Pink Lemonade taste like?

It tastes like sweet lemonade with a splash of berry: lemon zest and grapefruit on the inhale and a sugary raspberry finish on the exhale. A faint herbal skunk note appears when the buds are ground. A cool, slow dry keeps the lemon from fading.

Is Pink Lemonade easy to grow?

Yes. It is one of the easier fruit strains, tolerant of uneven watering and moderate feeding, and finishes in 8 to 9 weeks of flower. Outdoors it harvests in late September in most of Canada, and Prairie growers can bring it in by starting seeds indoors in April.
